The SANAD Labour Management Procedures document sets out provisions on working conditions, management of workers’ relationships, occupational health and safety, code of conduct (including relating to SEA and SH), forced labour, child labour, efficient grievance arrangements for Project Workers, and applicable requirements for Contractors and subcontractors. It includes a set of possible risks and corresponding mitigation and monitoring measures, for all forms of labour. The document will be updated once all partners are on board.
